Been there, done that, too many times in too many places. Or just enough, because I've learned what really matters. I had thought I knew how things were supposed to be. I didn't. The fog is clearing now. To have real value requires living a real life. Simple,...not easy. But worth it. 'Oorah!

The top picture on the page that opens at this link accurately depicts my experience of being "under the press" of so many computer troubles the last few days.
A ton of things gone wrong, all at once. At least they're getting FIXED all at once too. Ought to be out of the woods and running again in a few days.

I've been on the planet awhile. I have a short list of Favorites (my Jeep, my dog, a few good friends, some family, baked acorn squash with real butter), and a long list of things I just won't stand for. I don't care much for pretense, I don't impress easily, and I ask hard questions. But then LIFE asks hard questions. Go figure. I enjoy real beauty, and I find beauty in some of the strangest places. I appreciate courage, and a really good laugh.
